Howdy folks, I'm putting up a BNIB blued Rossi R461 .38+p/.357 with a 2" barrel. It's single-owner, has never been fired, and has only been taken out of the box once to be inspected. Comes with the factory kit (manual, etc.). Asking $419.99 $390 $370 firm. Live in the Beaverton area but am willing to travel a reasonable distance - open to using your FFL or mine. Split bgc + transfer.
