SOLD: M1 Garand, .30.06, Like NEW
I NOW have 1 for sale, same price either rifle:
Receivers are Springfield Armory from WWII rifles that were used in the Pacific Theater,
transferred to The Philippines post war, then returned here thru the CMP.
The CMP reparked them, and they "may show some surface pitting"
#1] SN: 908,5XX [Oct '42], SOLD
[No Visible Surface pitting above the wood line].
Bbl is SA 2/ '55, "Targeted", [IE bore gauged for straightness and uniformity and proofed for use on a NM rifle, but never assembled into one.]
Throat Erosion: 1.7 [The scale is from 1 to 10]
Muzzle Wear: 1.4

Trigger Group parts, All Springs, Follower Arm Rod, Rr Sight Assy, Front Sight, Stacking Swivel;
AS New: clip latch
Trigger Housing is Refinished WWII.

Receiver and most other parts are refinished USGI, but some parts may be new manufacture.
