FN 49 is a Luxembourg, 30-06, great shape, excellent bore and comes with gas adjusting tool. $2,000.00

Astra is a model 1921, 9 mm Largo, no military marks on it I can find so it must have been for civilian sales, comes with 73 rounds of late manufactured ammunition. Not marked 9/38 so the old 38 ACP can't be used as the barrel is not cut for the semi rim. $325.00

Not really, since WA rules concerning "assault weapons" I am leaning towards keeping it, but thank you for your interest.

The fn 49 has a non removable magazine? If so what is the problem transferring it in Washington? The bayonet lug?

The magazine is removable, it has threaded barrel. Although only the 7 MM versions came with a flash hider all of the FN 49s have a threaded barrel. The magazine is listed as fixed but it is removable for field replacement in case of damage.

No, it uses the bullet tip to operate the release lever.
