Looking to buy or trade for a budget (Think PSA level) complete 300BLK pistol upper. Would prefer BCG and CH included as well, but not opposed to sourcing those myself if you have something that catches my interest.

I know there's a lot of budget/cheap options in the $200-$300 range brand new, I'd just prefer to grab something local if possible to mess around with.
