WTB: Holster for a Ruger 22/45 w/ red dot and suppressor

I am not looking to CC....just need something to keep my Ruger 22/45 safe in the safe, in the BO/get home bag and to/from the range.

I've seen the leather Sportsman on Amazon, but didn't want to spend $60 + shipping, and would prefer a PDX local.

Any recommendations?
