I am not sure what a "9mm reloading press" is. If you want to reload 9mm, any press will work, you just have to have the proper caliber reloading DIES to go with it.

Might want even a reloading book or 3;
A Primmer flip tray is nice too: a primer tool, unless you buy a progressive press with built in priming.
A primer pocket cleaning tool, a primer pocker swagger or primer crimp remover too, some 9mm might even have crimped primers.
Always useful are reloading blocks.
A case guage, so you can verfy the rounds are correct overall when finished and chamber.

THE FUN just starts with a press, after many years and/or alot of money, some poor startup ammo may need to be pulled apart, thus a slam hammer is a necessity too.

Good luck, be safe. Work up your loads, DO NOT start at book or internet max's.
