I do not have a plate.
This is the only plate I am aware of that the EPS will co-witness with stock Height sights.
The plate has the 407k/507k footprint and fits perfectly to the Optic Ready slide. Not sure if the 407k will co-witness because the deck height is slightly higher than the EPS

Holosun said they just came out with their new SCS optic that mounts directly to the slide of the CZ P-10
