Looking for a 12.5 fsb upper with GI barrel nut and delta ring handguard system. In 556/223 Basically an m4 but a 12.5 inch barrel. Also chrome lined and/or cold hammer forged. Wanting used but not too abused with a high round count (less than 10k rds on it)
Also factory assembled preferred bcm, colt, Daniel defense, etc.
Face to face only will travel within reason.
Looking to spend 350$ or so. Depending on the upper
