That's going to be a tough one, ITAR would pretty much make it a MIL/LEO Only option unless you can find an Approved Importer that can get you one! Best of Luck!

True enough! The import is Tactical Imports, out of Ontario, CA. Oddly enough, it is on their list of "non-restricted" firearms. And even more ironic...about four months ago, I came across not one, but TWO of these for sale, and one was right in the Seattle area!!!! (Insert profuse weeping smiley here...)
My wife (in an unexpected total generosity attack) cleared it so that I can buy one with no heartburn. In an effort to prolong marital bliss, I asked her, "Honey...I can get a Barrett M84 for about $2000 or more LESS than this one."
Her response? "Get the Lynx...it is a novelty, it is very unusual, and might well be a better investment."
Now, who am I to argue against logic like that?
