Lowe's has them, rim and tire for a great price. You can check them out online. Walmart and Home Depot may have them also

This truly is one of those "not hard to find" commodities. At >$80 apiece, it's not cheap.
Recommend your family member also pull the axle hubs, clean and re-pack with grease. A trailer bearing run dry on the highway is one of the lesser definitions of "suckage".
