I love my 222. I mostly use 40 grain bullets. H322, H335, & H4895 are great powders for this very accurate little round. Also TAC, BL-C(2), and Varget work well...

Have not tried varget yet, have some so will do that.H322 seemed to shoot good and just picked up a pound of W748 to try.Do you use magnum primers with the ball powders?Just bought a box of Barnes 45 grain tsx to try out.I see there is a 700 222 for sale in the classifieds,sure would like to purchase it,my oldest daughter has seemed to of taken mine over.

I tried it... It is fast, but pretty erratic in my rifle. Kinda like 22 lr stingers, fast but not very accurate.
