This was my fathers and was in his safe. I'm certain he did not use it much. There are some slight marks on the elevation and windage adjustments that indicate that it was zeroed by his shaky hand at one time. Otherwise it appears to be in perfect condition. I was told by someone who is familiar with this specific model and he said it was the one that was frequently put on the M249 SAW.
