Without some details, it is difficult to make tailored recommendations. Everyone's responses were as useful as they could be under the circumstances. Some selling options are better than others depending whether it is a currently-produced Glock versus a pre-64 Winchester in the box.

That's why I say put a fair price on it and if has lots of foot traffic they will sell pretty easily. If they are overpriced they will sit.
If you leave something on consignment, make sure you have an agreement with the store that the price they put on your gun is the one that was discussed. It's happened before that a store will mark up the price you want them to ask. Which slows down the potential for sale.

I do not know about the South Sound, but I would suggest Sound Loan In Everett if you can go farther north. I have only used them as a buyer, but it is my favorite store in the Puget Sound area for used firearms and they have a lot of consignments.
This is my go-to FFL dealer. Yes, they are in the north end. But I know for a fact that people drive from all over the Puget Sound region to do business there. Consignment sales commish is 10%. Jeff will also make or get recommendations as to a price range.

Being fairly new to guns I've only sold 3, one to guns.com one to a friend one on gunbroker.

Gunbroker is not a pain at all, every future sale I do will be there. You can use GunTab to accept card payments as an individual, ship using a local FFL but jack up shipping to compensate for fee. I've been collecting seller feedback by listing misc parts there too.

If you want a quick sale, penny auction or just buy it now but for a good deal. Its usually worth the value hit to not have it sitting around forever.

I've had zero or near zero feedback buyers on the one gun my hi power, a fancy mp5 trigger worth $500, and a couple misc stuff for a total damn near $1500 with no problems, was unnerved at first since ebay you hardly ever see people without feedback.

Actually, I just sold a galil receiver yesterday so I suppose that's 2 gb sales. Guy hasn't paid yet but if doesnt its fine and ill just cancel and relist.
