Just opened an old spam can of 7.62x54r ammo loaded on original Russian Chargers. Three chargers and 15 rounds per box. Selling three boxes for $20.00. That works out to 45 rounds and 9 chargers. The chargers are marked with the arrow in a triangle for the Izhevsk plant and are very solid compared to the aftermarket one's sold today.

7.62x54r
Ammo is factory 188
Year of manufacture 1946

I fired 30 rounds of this ammo and all rounds functioned flawlessly.

This is not as clean as the copper washed you buy from the 70's or 80's, but it functions great.

I too have this very same ammo and chargers. Like the OP said it may be a little dirty but have you priced original steel chargers, they sell for a lot more than I paid for the ammo plus the chargers. Wish I had bought a LOT MORE when it was available. For ammo that is almost 70 years old it looks very good
