Yes, it is in excellent, as good as new condition. I got it last Fall and have shot 4 mags with my brother in law. Yes, both mags six. Trituim sights. There's no issue with the gun, but for me it is too large for carrying. I just got my CHL in March. S

But, if you want to look it over before committing, I have no problem with that. I am in the Tigard/Beaverton, Oregon area.
