Not sure what year this was made but it has no serial number. Works fine and is a fine squirrel/rabbit gun. Would make a nice gift to place under the Christmas tree (waaaay better than a Red Ryder), or for a young man or daughters first time in the field. Bluing shows a little bit of wear near the muzzle on the right side but is in good shape overall. Will accept a scope with tip-off rings if you don't like using iron sights. It's a pleasure to offer this for someone else to use.

Back when working at a pawn shop , if a firearm came in without a serial number like the one in the OP ... We'd write in "No serial number , Pre-1968 manufactured firearm".

'Course its been a few days since I worked there , might be different now.
How do you legally transfer it at an FFL with no serial number?. Not being a smart ars just honestly curious how that works?.

Nice rifle in the OP ... good luck with your sale!
