Technically this can only be sold for components only. If you don't have an FFL you are not allowed to sell reloaded ammo. (See the Federal laws about this)

Plus unless you know the reloader you should never shoot someone else's reloads.

These really should be listed over in the reloading section not the ammo section.

No just moved. Plenty of reasons to buy if you are reloading. Since they are reloaded you will get a useful SPP. The brass looks good. A quick check of several will tell you if they were resized correctly. Break one down will give you the bullet weight and a projectile that can be used agian. So pull the projectile. Check the length, add powder, press the bullet in again and now they are your reloads!
