Passing along my PSA upper in 5.56 today. About 200 rounds through it. This does not come with a BCG, but a CH will be included. The upper comes equipped with a UTG pro handguard (USA made), UTG QD swivel mount, mil-spec CH and MagPul MBUS rear sight. I will also be including 2 additional Magpul handguards (MOE regular and MOE slim drop in handguards, desert tan on both) and the tool needed to swap handguards.

I'm looking to sell the whole package for $250 OBO. Can meet in Eugene. This item does not require a background check, no FFL transfer needed, but I prefer to meet in public. Feel free to PM any questions!
