Here are a few photos I was unable to upload others as the files were too large I'll try again tomorrow the first two are of a 1911A1 (1944) and the third is a 1911 (1917) carried by a local gent in WWI. I have five others looking for an Ithaca and a Remington UMC and Springfield just saw some R-UMC on Gunbroker, but they were "restored" 53BA9F32-4494-4BB6-98F6-23A0BE9E7DB7.jpeg 292D5D48-88DF-403D-9346-C4E2D9BF1C67.jpeg IMG_4706.jpg
Thanks for all the welcoming messages. Nice group of guys.

I had a 1933 Studebaker Commander Coupe in high school. Cost $75.00. It was a straight eight and burned a quart of Oil with every tank of gas!

Will try to post photos soon.
Thanks

Welcome aboard! Would love to see the Studebaker as well!
Would also love to see the 1911 collection I collect ( and build) newer ones, but still, a piece of history is cool none the less, especially Mil issue 1911's

Thanks. I have mostly US 1911 & A1s and a Commercial 1911. I also have a S&W and a Dan Wesson both in 45 ACP. GREAT PISTOLS.
