Yes they will work, I just checked them on my mos with suppressor height sights.
You are more that free to slap the optic on to make sure it will work with your gun.

I have them on my MOS G19 / G17 /G40 and it does not need a plate.
If you have a aftermarket RMR slide cut for RMR only, then no it won't fit.
You're free to come by and test fit it if you want.
