Got a fine example of an M1957
I bought it when I was young and had an edge put on it thinking it was "dull"
The lock on the bottom is also missing the spring, but apart from that it's in good shape.
I prefer the M1896 looks wise and they're selling for about the same these days, so if anyone has one to trade let me know.
