yea these channels have both been going down hill. seems like there arent many people interested in learning something while they sit in front of the boob tube. it kinda annoys me i cant find anything with some quality information on TV.

The amount of people that actually believed that mermaids had been "discovered" almost drives me to tears. That folks would just believe anything put on tv is at the same time astonishing and not at all surprising. People are really, really dumb.

I have to believe this show would have a 'War of the Worlds' kind of effect.
Now we not only have low information voters, we have low reality citizens as well.
And I watched about 3/4 of that thing. Didn't see anything that any handy 15yo couldn't create on his lap top in his parents basement.
