Hello,
I really, really like this rifle. It is compact , shoulders perfectly it is light and has iron sights and it is in one of my favorite calibers. It is also very easy to scope if your so inclined, as it's drilled and tapped.
I have a lot of high end rifles and this one stands neck and neck with them.
Mauser actions are always magnificent. I am unsure who did the work but it was done right. The wood is slim and has a nice sleek and modern contour, look and feel. It's not a high end custom but a very nicely done rifle that gets alot of positive comments when I take it out.
I have had many .257 Roberts Mannlicher-Schonauer rifles in my life and this one is a close second at a fraction of the price.
Any rifle in .257 rob brings a premium for a reason, because it's a great caliber that the whole family can shoot and enjoy.
