Hey all --
Yes, I know it's illegal to sell AR-15 in this state, but what I understand is I can sell to someone out of state (or a friend of yours that lives out of state), through a local WA FFL.
This AR-15 has never been fired, and comes with 1-8X scope.
Seattle Area. I will follow the letter of the law on this sale, using FFL rules/processes to make sure about that!
