WTS/WTT OR IMR 4198 6.5lbs

I mistakenly purchased an 8 pound jug of this powder for my ar15, well after playing around with less than 1.5lbs I cannot get it to cycle. It is a faster burning powder that would work great in a bolt gun or ??? The powder is about three months old and the 6.5lb is more like 6.75lbs. I used my scale but you can verify with yours. Preferably I'd like to trade for at least five pounds of 4895 either H or IMR or H335. As far as a straight sale I'd go $20 per pound.
