I was looking to gather some info on what any owners of these products think about them. Thinking of getting one and a hundred or so blades for em.

Lets be honest, I hate disappointing products so your input is greatly appreciated. Have you actually used one to skin out an animal? How did it do? Or am I just wasting time? I am becoming a fan of carbon steel.

Get one! You'll love it! It's great for cutting, just not to pry with.
They also take an edge touch up really well.
You won't need 100's of blades. Get 2-3 dozen.

Awesome knives! Didn't know about them till my cousin showed up with two, to help me with the elk I got last year. Like BigBull said, don't pry with them, the blades are really brittle. It took about 10 blades for a whole elk, start to finish. My cousin says he can do a couple deer on one or two blades and one elk on the same (I broke some). Pretty inexpensive too...

Never heard of them until this thread. I like that they take scalpel as well as skinning blades. Sounds like a great multi-tasker!
