I have a unfired sp5k that was "manufactured" into an sbr and engraved buy a sot manufacturer. I was trying to ride a Washington loophole where we could still buy sbr's but the ATF has changed their mind on allowing that. It's sitting at a local gunshop Pantel tactical and is ready to ship to your ffl, get a tax stamp and your good to go. B&T side folding stock and H&K vertical foregrip. I'm into $3,850 and would like to get $3,500 out of it but ill take offers.
