Appropriated from the ravings of a schizophrenic programmer's online video ravings. The guy built an operating system from scratch because he believed it was commanded of him by God. Really impressive undertaking, who knows what he'd have accomplished if he was mentally sound.
The quote was essentially "Those CIA (slur), they glow in the dark. When you see them, you hit them with your car" ....which I'm pretty sure means he swerved at people with jackets that had safety reflectors.
RIP Terry A Davis, got hit by a train in The Dalles a few years back. There's videos on TempleOS that are pretty interesting for anyone into nerd stuff or crazy people
