I have seen Glock boxes with white and blue labels, but i saw a red label for the first tme yesterday. What is the meaning of the red label in the box?
RED= 2 standard capacity mag's
BLUE= law enforcement, firefighter's, first responder's, etc.
WHITE=10 round capacity, sub compact's, or shipped to state's with capacity law's
This is what I have read on the internet, so it has to be true.
Since mine was likely taken in trade in a large batch by Glock from a PD, the red label probably means what jb11 posted, the label being a re-issue. Although it looked new in every way (not my first Glock) so it may have been unissued, anyway
I greatly appreciate all of the input from you guys. It helps me learn more about the Glock product. The pistol is virtually new and has what are know as Hi-Cap magazines for some states. I am beginning to understand.
