Glock 45 with Heightened/Suppressor Sights

I have a Glock 45 in original box and materials as seen in the photos. This is not the MOS version, despite looking like it is cut that way and myself having the MOS hardware. It has a tritium heightened/suppressor XS H3 sights on it. It fires great and very accurate with these sights.

I'm looking to downsize and fund other firearms. Buyer pays for background/FFL fees. FTF and cash only. No trades please. I can meet at Tigard Pawn for More.

What is the explanation for the cut slide?

If it's not the MOS then what is the slide cut for?

Don't know. That's how I bought it from the last owner. As long as you consider this a non-MOS, the previously made cut makes no difference in firing the gun. Plus it's priced as a non-MOS Glock 45.
