Does anyone know whether it would be possible to replace a standard .22 cylinder of a SW 43C snub nose, with a 351 C cylinder from a SW 351 C. Both guns seem identical with the exception that one holds .22 the other .22 WMR. NAA has them exchangeable. The one difficulty I could see is that the WMR model holds 7 rounds, the .22 model holds 8, so there is a "advancement" difference of 1/7th vs 1/8th turn. Would anyone know? Thanks in advance ...
