I have a very nice Colt Pre-ban SPORTER MATCH HBAR .223 think it's late 1980's serial number, has the Colt 3x20 scope attached to the handle, and factory open sights you can see thru the opening, also has the M203 attached along with the flip-up windage sight for the launcher also, has the original cleaning kit unopened in the butt stock too...

M203 37mm is not a destructive device and just sells on a 4473 like rifles/shotguns/handguns etc. The 40MM "RIFLED" are class III and require tax stamp. Non rifled are fine just like the 37mm. ALSO, The individual "explosive" devices require the "any other weapon" stamp for EACH one.
