I'll look into yours more. Don't know what the latest is for crossing over state lines. Wa is charging sales tax on all transfers in but not sure about if I go to OR and purchase in person.

did you find what you're looking for ??? i know of one with an SP SERIAL CODE... i need to know your budget... i don't want to bother the guy with a lowball number...
had my gunsmith look at it and it's the real deal low serial number colt with all original parts... only thing missing is the little detent ball in the dust cover... i'll pm you my phone number if you'd like to text me...
