Circle 10-Circle 21 question

I have ten Circle 10 and Circle 21 magazines for my 5.45x39 rifle. On the side of each magazine that is opposite the circled number side, near the bottom, is another number.

On my magazines those numbers are: 1, 2, 1-2, and 4.

Can anyone, on this site, tell me what those numbers mean?
