Can someone send me a picture of the cylinder release on a CA Pathfinder .22?

I was trying to do a deep clean for a friend of the family and there was some gunk under the thumb release. I got the bright idea to just remove it to clean... well that didn't go over very well and now I'm having a hard time putting it back together properly.

There is a O washer under the release, the release, a D shaped washer and the screw that holds it together. There's a also a small spring inset in the release. I've got it put back together and it works but I can still see the spring. That seems odd to me so maybe I'm missing something.

Would appreciate a reference photo.
