This Larue brake came with my 5.56 Stealth upper build but I never used it since I've gone to the SilencerCo ASR mounts. It's 1/2x28 and externally threaded to support Larue's TranQuilo suppressors, if that's a direction you want to go. Otherwise, I hear it's a fine muzzle brake in its own right but can't provide my own opinion since I've never used it.
