Washington State , sad to say....
Has many restricted or banned firearms.

The AR 15 type of rifle is specifically stated to be restricted / banned from being sold or otherwise transferred to another Washington state resident.
( in most cases , some exceptions like family will negate this )

Threaded barrels on semi auto firearms are also affected by these restrictions / bans...
As are magazines that have a higher than 10 round capacity.

You can always sell your firearm to someone in a "Free State"...
However Washington ain't no longer free.

Make sure you are up on the laws regarding selling AR pattern firearms in Washington State and NFA items anywhere.

Understood. Out of state only. Thx.

You also have to deal with NFA rules regarding the suppressor. The buyer needs to go through the ATF Form 4 approval / background check process and pay the $200 tax through the end of this year.

The tax drops off in 2026, but the approval process remains.

If your out-of-state sale is too far to actually meet at the dealer (think Gunbroker) you will have to go to a Washington FFL and have them transfer the firearm to the buyers FFL.

That only applies to the suppressor. OP could mail the firearm through USPS to the buyers FFL, as long as that FFL accepts private party transfers and is willing to accept it. I've never had an FFL decline to receive a rifle sent by me to their shop.
