I have roughly 470-460 rounds of Sellier & Bellot tactical 6.5 Creedmoor in a 5.56 ammo can.
I bought 500 rounds and built an AR10 in 6.5 cm but the barrels gas hole is messed up and the rifle wouldn't cycle so I never shot more than 2 boxes from the can.
The 6.5 Wilson Combat 18" barrel is also for sale at a discounted rate due to the above issue if anyone wanted to open the gas port themselves. Pm me about it
