Thanks, I found what I needed.I have hundreds of cases, maybe a thousand or two? Uncleaned.
I am very busy this week, but ping me next week and I can weigh them and calculate from that to see roughly how many I have (I am not going to count that many).
According to this:
Weight of brass - AR15.COM
Firearm Discussion and Resources from AR-15, AK-47, Handguns and more! Buy, Sell, and Trade your Firearms and Gear.www.ar15.com
It is 115 empty cases per pound primed. It feels like at least 10 pounds, but I need to weigh them.
Thanks, I found what I needed.I assume you are looking for as many as you can get?
From what I can find (a real quick search lead me to ammo seek) the cheapest is $0.14 per case - that's for "cleaned brass" (which I assume means it is at least once fired?). I don't know if this is normal pricing, or "stupid pricing". Let's pretend $0.10 each? Sound fair?
I've got 47 range pick up brass - dirty/unprocessed.
Here's what I'm looking for.....
Before "stupid prices" a brick of small rifle primers were about $25-$30. $0.02-$0.03 per primer.
How about we trade 1 pack (100 count) of small primers that I can use towards reloading some 223?
Sound good?
If you ever make it to/through Vancouver let me know if interested so we can meet.
