I've recently discovered a nice company out of Houston that I bought 4,000 45acp nickel cases from. Capital Cartridge has once fired 45 brass and nickel coated in 1,000 case bags for a very reasonable price. Of the four bags I got only one one had more then a few of the dreaded small pocket primer cases. They warn you about the mixed head stamp, so expect some.
I gave them a call about the smalls and they were very polite and helpful. A bag of replacements for the smalls is on the way, and I hope most of these are large pockets.
That said, I have over 600 45acp small pocket nickel 45 cases for sale...hope you can use them.
