I've been a member for years. I've not used all the amenities, just outdoor pistol and rifle. 50, 100, 200 yds for rifle. 10, 25 pistol.
There are usually several people present, but never feels crowded.
Range officers are friendly, and watchful. Much nicer than at other places I've been.

I've been a member of SRC for the last twelve years after moving to Spokane from the west side of the state. The range is well run with friendly staff & is very safety conscious, without being overbearing. Membership rates are reasonable, & the range is open to members 363 days a year. SRC really is a hidden gem.
