I don't know if you can call it a con, but business hours are only on Mon, Wed, Thur, and Friday.
Josh is great to deal with and very knowledgeable on all things firearms and gunsmithing. His store definitely has the best selection of all types of guns, and ammo. He offers onsite gunsmithing, machining, and laser engraving. If they don't have it, they will get it for you!
They had everything I was looking for. Had bounced around looking for a few things and they had it all in one place and prices were reasonable. Also friendly and helpful with questions
Great little gun shop. Nice, helpful folks that do top notch work. Our family has been going there for years for purchases, repairs and transfers. A good selection of stuff for a small store and they always have something new and interesting to see.
They are always nice to deal with, and they make sure to take good care of active duty customers. Employees can be a little blunt sometimes, but that's something I actually appreciate, and it's never to the point of being rude. Josh will actually do everything he can to try to save you money on gunsmithing work as well, whereas most shops do the exact opposite and try to upsell you.
I just got my 1911 back from them after getting a custom match barrel fitted and a full Cerakote finish. It took a LONG time to get done, but they're a small shop with only a handful of employees, and also the only gunsmith in Coos Bay, so that's to be expected. The work is top notch too, my Kimber looks pristine in Tungsten Grey and prints better groups than ever before. 300 rounds through it today without issue, and many more to come!

Found this place by random chance about a month or so ago. Went in and was a kid in a candy store again with the great selection of items and knowledgeable staff. Decided on the spot to have some trigger work done I'd been putting off. They went above and beyond and had my work done by the next day. Excellent shop with excellent people. Cant praise this place enough.
