It's good as far as indoor ranges go but you're limited on what you're allowed to shoot caliber-wise. My big disappointment comes from the pricing. Seems a bit high. To go for 1 visit and shoot it's usually around $30 plus $5 per 50 rounds of your ammo plus the targets you have to buy so it ends up being $40-50 per visit. If you have a membership it's probably alot better. I'll put up a pic to give you an idea of what the range looks like.
The way I am treated when I go into any business determines whether or not I will return. I have been in this shop a few times. The staff have always been friendly and willing to assist. The salesman was patient while I tried to make up my mind. There was zero pressure to buy and no bullsh!t. It's refreshing to go into a gun shop and not feel like you're dealing with a used car salesman. I will be returning there for my next handgun purchase.
I didn't think this store could get any better, then it moved to where I live! The owner David, is awesome. His prices are very competitively priced(in many cases lower) and he has an excellent selection. Highline also does cheap transfers! I can't think of a good reason to go to any other store.
I went to this store every week probably two to three times a week because I love guns and most of the guys here are good to talk to. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this store, and did so unmasked like a Neanderthal(apparently). Then one day, they asked for my vaccine card. I will not return.
They have the most knowledgeable staff and are always very friendly. Rich went above and beyond for his customers and made the store a fun place to hang out in as well. The place looked like an old west town and they even had a fun indoor 22 range with different themes.
Went to do an FFL transfer, there were two people behind the counter and helped like 5 customers at once (a few of us needed to get background checks) pretty quickly.
Thor's armory is a great place, it started in brownsville and has since moved to albany filling the void CNS left, They are friendly and well stocked in low, mid and high-end firearms.
Best part about Thor's is they make their own steel targets which hold up very well, You can get custom target work done if you need, They also sell stands and hangers.
I've had them engrave two lowers for me. Quick and easy service, they even let you watch while they work. Very good overall and I will continue to use them for all my NFA engraving needs!
I needed NFA engraving done on a polymer CZ Scorpion firearm. Making the appointment was easy and they are extremely 2A friendly. I even got to hang out in the shop sitting right next to the employee and got to watch the entire process of setting up the dies to the actual engraving. It was so cool to watch it be done right in front of me. The quality of the work is exceptional...even on the polymer. It looks like it was done with a laser. Highly recommend for all your NFA engraving needs.
A formerly good place for Renton and 2A, but NOT ANYMORE...

Pros
Rented a bigger space, and now "too good for customers"
Cons
Have become a slightly snobby "gun boutique", rude and non-helpful now.
Their space expanded, but NOT for the better. Used to be friendly and knowledgable, always willing to help. But now rude, and now; they have a take it or leave it attitude, so after ten years, hundreds of visits, and over a dozen firearms bought....so I left. If I really wanted to be treated like crap by someone I've known for years, I'd move into my mother-in-laws house. What a shame, negative feeling inside now. Their new motto apparently is "just drop your money on the counter and stop wasting my precious time."
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT PINTO"S GUNS. they've sold out to big business, I felt like I was in the Kmart gunshop...no thanks.
