Kenmore Range is owned and operated by the Wildlife Committee of Washington (WCWI) for the benefit of its members and the outdoor sports community. The Wildlife Committee of Washington is one of the largest sportsmen's organizations of its kind with over 2,000 members. Memberships are available to adults of good character willing to associate themselves with the club's goals.

The club is managed by a Board of Directors of 12 volunteer members, elected annually from the general membership, who handle the day to day administrative and business functions of the club. Club activities are organized and directed by open committees of the membership.
