The Fernan Rod & Gun Club (FRGC) is an IRS 501c(4) as well as State of Idaho non-profit organization which was established in 1989 in cooperation with the U.S. Forest Service and the Idaho Dept. of Fish and Game. FRGC is a family oriented range and encourages family participation in matches and activities. Fernan Rod and Gun Club hosts a variety of firearm training and competition activities, provided by FRGC or third-party organizations. The club is also the only joint military, civilian and police firing range of its type in Idaho and one of the few of this type in the United States.
