They are open Tuesday - Saturday and it is by appointment. It is not hard to get a spot through their website. If you drop by, chances are, Steve will help you, but appointments will take priority.

Thanks @PhillipeC!! Tuesday through Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. Right now, I prefer appointments as I may be out some days for family events. If you don't see what yuo want listed, just drop him an email and there is a good chance he can get it. He has almost lways been able to beat the prices I have found online especially when you factor in shipping. He also does transfers and will accept firearms from other sources, but I'd check with him first since there is a good chance he can source it quicker and cheaper.

@3MTA3 thank you for the reply. I purchased a lower and having it shipped there. Wanted to try it out and check it out. Just wondering what the fees where. I was charged 17 bucks shipping from PSA.
