What’s with the coffee can exhaust cars all over Portland?

This is exactly it. That and a crap ton of Fast & Furious movies. The people who drive cars like that are the sole viewers of those movies.

My brother is a 42 yr old police Detective who drives a 3/4-ton Dodge pickup. He's married with two kids, extremely conservative, and he LOVES the F&F movies. Loves them. He readily admits they represent everything that is wrong with society, but he still owns every single one of them, has them all memorized, and can watch them over and over.

He knows he has a problem, though.
