Some old slightly neglected guns - looking for some advice

Happy Friday!

I now have a few not so attractive rifles and a shotgun my neighbor has brought over to me after removing them from his father's home (alzheimer's concerns) because he does not have a safe to store them. He would like me to sell all but one of them. Only the 1911 was a real jewel and could fetch $5600. Who would you recommended for cleaning and restoration? Remington .22 7400, winchester .22 pump, a sporterized 30.06 and an off brand 12 GA pump.
