This is why I feel that the militiaman as a rifleman is no longer sufficient. In the United States, it is practically impossible to own this kind of ammunition in sufficient quantities, if you can get over the larger obstacle of acquiring it at all, let alone afford the artificially inflated costs. I strongly feel that unless a guerrilla/militia force has large numbers of MANPADS and anti armor weapons and munitions, there is no chance.
