I won a bingo game on a CG cutter I was stationed on (CGC Citrus out of Coos Bay) and my prize was one 30 round magazine, fired full auto via an M-16, off the fantail. One of the best prizes I ever won.

I was pulling range safety NCO duty at a range in Hohenfels Germany . It started to pound down snow and the rest of the company went in and two other guys and me had to shoot off 7 thousand rounds and police the brass. We only had 3 round burst guns. I've never been so miserable in my life. Besides my first marriage that is.
